Forest Feathers began as as a solo project by Camron Sackett. He released the first album, ‘Hush’ in 2013 which was an attempt to fuse indie/pop with “math-rock” and post-rock. After a long hiatus, Forest Feathers are now set to return with their new album in almost three years, ‘LULL’ which will be released this summer. Forest Feathers have created something new, weaving post rock, “math-rock”, minimalism, and indie/pop into a lush tapestry of sound that careens through space and time. “Their songs are angular but accessible, billowing with multi-instrumental grandeur and emotional candor.” Forest Feathers consists of Ian Francis (drums), Andrew Harris (bass, vocals), Brandon Kholer (keyboards), and Camron Sackett (guitar, vocals).
