My friend Tim and I started La Barba Coffee Roasting this past year with a desire to bring boutique, third wave coffee to Salt Lake City in an accessible fashion. We only roast fairly traded and single origin coffee and roast lighter so you can taste the different flavor and regional profiles within each cup. We have hand-built our own roaster and deliver coffee by bicycle to the downtown Salt Lake area.
