Frog Bench Farms is a sustainable urban farm growing on 1.5 acres in Salt Lake City. Founded in 2012, we grow fresh greens, fruits, herbs, and vegetables while prioritizing food education, ecological farming practices, and community access to local food. Using ingredients grown on our farm and sourced locally whenever possible, we create small-batch, farm-made secondary goods that extend the life and value of our harvests. Our work centers on minimizing waste, strengthening local food systems, and cultivating meaningful connections between people and the food they eat.
