  • Tico Makes

I am a ceramic artist creating primarily functional stoneware pottery. My work is wheel-thrown and altered, with hand-carved textures and layered glazes that emphasize movement and surface variation. The pieces explore themes of resilience, transformation, and carry the influence of natural landscapes. Inspired by time spent outdoors, many textures reference worn paths, organic lines, and imperfect forms that reflect both material and personal journeys.

I’m just a girl with a genuine curiosity about life. Sometimes I’m a designer. Sometimes I’m an artist. I dabble in all things creative. I view design as a powerful tool to help others articulate their visions and communicate their aspirations with the world. At the same time, my artistic practice serves as an essential outlet for my creative self-expression. This duality fuels my passion for exploration and experimentation. By maintaining a diverse toolbox of mediums and techniques, I cultivate an enriching cycle of creativity that continuously evolves.

  • Wild Mountain Style

As a mom of four, finding time to create wasnt always easy. I started selling my art online as a way to stay motivatedand before long, I fell in love with the energy of local markets. Connecting with people and seeing them resonate with my work reignited the passion I had been missing. My creative inspiration comes straight from my outdoor adventuresfrom mountain trails and blooming wildflowers to the wildlife I encounter along the way. Each piece I create carries that love of nature, with the hope that it sparks a meaningful connection with everyone who picks it up.
