Founded by a young beekeeper, Amrita Honey Co. crafts raw, unfiltered honey in Utah using cold extraction to preserve natural nutrients

Zoque, LLC.

As Zoque indigenous women from Chiapas, Mexico, we preserve our ancestral culture by crafting artisanal chocolate exclusively from native Chiapas cacao, upholding ancient Zoque and Maya traditions. Our family’s history and recipes are featured in an interactive cacao display co-developed with the Utah Museum of Fine Arts (UMFA). We have a proven history of presenting and hosting workshops with diverse Utah educational and community partners, including: UMFA, Natural History Museum of Utah, Wasatch Community Gardens, Utah Museum of Contemporary Arts, Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum, Southern Utah University, Artes de Mexico en Utah, The Consulate of Mexico in Salt Lake, Salt Lake Community College, Esperanza Elementary, and the Genealogical Society of Hispanic America. We are also developing a new cacao workshop with The Utah Historical Society. During Craft Lake City, we will offer live demonstrations of our indigenous chocolate-making techniques using traditional Mesoamerican tools.

We are a family-owned small coffee business focused on high-quality barrel-aged coffee beans. Beans aged in bourbon and whiskey barrels.

Syd represents Slide Ridge, a family owned and operated honey producer in Mendon, Utah. Slide Ridge produces raw honey and value-added honey products.

We sell a variety of bottled authentic Thai curries for home use. All recipes were developed by a Southeast Asian native and locally produced in Utah.

KIMMIE’S KANDIES

I remember, when I was a little girl making candy with my mom in our family kitchen. We would make all kinds of Fudge, Brittle, Candied Nuts & Hand Dipped Chocolates. The smells of cooking sugar and cream is one of my most fondest childhood memories. I was the designated sweet tester. Boy did I love my job. In later years I became a single mom needing to make an income to raise my five boys. That was the beginning of Kimmie’s Kandies.Today we love using my mom’s cherished family candy recipes and a few of my own, to delight you and your family and friends with our small batch old-fashioned sweets.
