STEM is a major focus of Utah Valley University, where we help to build the scientific economy and scientific literacy all along the Wasatch Front. We provide engaged learning opportunities through dynamic classes and through faculty-mentored student research.

Bushwhack Outdoor Co. is an outdoor equipment company currently designing a tent called the TIO Tent. This is a Three-In-One tent that allows for individuals to be able to have a hammock, a tent, and a chair all in one unit without sacrificing equipment space or weight.

Make Salt Lake

Make Salt Lake is a “Build It Yourself” shop, with a variety of tools for working in wood, metal, leather, plastic, and tech-tools, such as electronics, computers, 3-D printers and laser-cutters.
