Youpi Kitchen is the culmination of Koffi’s lifelong culinary journey. Born in Togo, West Africa, Koffi’s passion for food ignited at age seven, learning cherished family recipes from his mother, aunts, and grandmother. A true ‘foodie,’ he honed his skills and developed a deep love for creating. Later, he brought his unique flavors to Utah, joining his family and fusing his African heritage with American culinary influences. This fusion, the heart of Youpi Kitchen, is his way of sharing cherished traditions from both worlds. Driven by the belief that ‘Food is Life,’ and that food is central to culture, happiness, and well-being, Koffi and his team prepare every meal with love.
