She also enjoys hand crafting projects such as hand made paper, journals or collage kits. Shelby recycled materials in an extensive array of projects in an effort to lessen the amount of waste in the world. As a teacher, Shelby strives to inspire self expression in her students. She works to find a balance between instructor guidance and emphasizing individual creativity.
