Craft Lake City Announces Accepted Exhibitors and Performers for the 10th Annual DIY Festival Presented by Harmons and Mark Miller Subaru

Salt Lake City, May 11 – Craft Lake City® is thrilled to announce this year’s participating exhibitors for the 10th Annual DIY Festival® Presented by Harmons and Mark Miller Subaru. Accepted exhibitors in the categories of artisan, craft food, vintage, DIY engineer and performer are now listed on Craft Lake City’s website.

After receiving hundreds of applications across all categories, the Craft Lake City jury underwent the difficult task of selecting this year’s exhibitors. The more than 300 accepted applicants in the categories of artisan, craft food, vintage, DIY engineer, and performer represent some of the best locally handmade work within Utah’s vibrant DIY community.

Attendees of the three-day festival can expect to find unique handmade items created by local artisans and entrepreneurs such as paper goods, gourmet baked treats, handmade clothing, crocheted items, home decor, screen-printed designs, handmade body care products, upcycled furniture, photography, jewelry and much more. DIY engineers are showcased in the Google Fiber STEM Building and include local tinkerers and organizations creating exciting technology projects such as hackable educational toys, robotics and alternative energy ideas. Performers will be featured on one of two DIY Festival stages and include local bands, dance troupes and more.

“Craft Lake City is excited to celebrate ten years of the DIY Festival with the local creative community,” says Angela H. Brown, Executive Director of Craft Lake City. “Utah’s makers continue to delight and surprise us with their creativity. We love being able to showcase new exhibitors each year while also bringing back Festival favorites. We look forward to our tenth year of celebrating local DIY culture with all of these amazing artisans, performers, and entrepreneurs, and thank Harmons and Mark Miller Subaru for helping make it possible.”
