Salt Lake City, Oct 5– Craft Lake City and West Elm announce the November Ugly Holiday Sweater Workshop with Abraham Von Waffles of Trashpaca. The workshop will be held on Thursday, Nov. 2, at West Elm City Creek from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Craft Lake City DIY Festival alum Abraham Von Waffles joins us at the West Elm workshop series for this fun and seasonal Ugly Holiday Sweater Workshop. Von Waffles, a lifelong creative spirit, has worked tirelessly in collaboration with his partner Squid Vishuss to present imaginative and quirky illustrations for the past several years. Taking his aesthetic eye and using it to curate his own vintage business, Trashpaca, Von Waffles brings his keen sense of fashion to this event.

“Super stoked to be teaching this workshop!” says Waffles. “I am excited that people will get to come to this workshop and make the weirdest holiday sweater they want to create.” Participants will create an ugly holiday sweater and get pro tips from one of Salt Lake’s most eclectic artisans.

There is a $30 material fee. Pre-registration is required. Register here. Visit craftlakecity.com/workshops or the Facebook page for more information. West Elm is located at 51 S Main St., Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
