Craft Lake City Announces Harmons Neighborhood Grocer as Presenting Sponsor For 6th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival

SALT LAKE CITY, Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014: Craft Lake City, a 501(c3) charitable organization, announced today that Harmons Neighborhood Grocer will be one of this year’s Presenting Sponsor for the 6th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival on Aug. 8–9, 2014.

This valuable service supports Utah’s craft food creators and shares our organization’s goal of elevating the creative culture in our community. “

This year’s Craft Lake City DIY festival marks its sixth year and second year expanding into a two-day format. The Festival begins Friday, Aug. 8 from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. and concludes Saturday, Aug. 9. from noon to 10 p.m. The outdoor alternative arts festival will include over 200 vendors specializing in handmade goods such as: silk screened posters, progressive crafts, DIY designs, reconstructed clothing, knitted items, jewelry, letter-pressed books and more, along with local musicians and performers, craft food vendors, and a Science & Technology building to showcase the work and ideas of DIY Engineers. It will be held at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City and is free and open to the public. More information can be found at craftlakecity.com.
