12th Annual Craft Lake City
Join us in celebrating twelve years of the DIY Festival! The Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival is Utah’s largest local-centric, three-day arts festival. Located at the Utah State Fairpark, the DIY Festival features more than 250 local artisans, engineers, vintage vendors and craft food creators, as well as the Google Fiber STEM Building, two stages of music and dance performances, local food trucks, and approximately 20,000 attendees. Visitors can upgrade their experience in the Harmons VIP Lounge, bring the whole family to enjoy the Kids’ Area, participate in craft workshops, and shop handmade items by young makers in Kid Row.

Calling All Creatives
Apply to participate in the 12th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival! From January 6–April 6, 2020 all Utah-based makers, tinkerers and performers are invited to submit an application to be part of the DIY Festival.
The DIY Festival is a celebration of Utah’s creative community. Local artisans, performers, food vendors and DIY engineers are an important part of the Festival experience! Apply between January 6-April 6 to be a featured participant in the 12th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival, and check back on May 8 to see which creatives you can find at the DIY Festival in summer 2020!

Each year at the DIY Festival, young makers their creative work as official Festival vendors in a special program called Kid Row. Utah-based creatives ages 14 and under are encouraged to apply for Kid Row between

Visit the Google Fiber STEM Building at the DIY Festival!
DIY Engineers are housed within Google Fiber’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Building at the Utah Fairpark, and they are one of the most popular attractions at the DIY Festival. Engineers and tinkerers display interactive science projects, inventions, incubator concepts, modular synths, virtual reality experiences, prototypes, and other technology projects.
There’s something for everyone in the family at the Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival! Children of all ages are invited to engage their creativity through fun and interactive DIY crafts and activities.
