We are a bean to bar fine chocolate company located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. We approach chocolate from a nutritional angle. We do not roast or heat process our cacao before we turn it into chocolate. We do not use refined sugar, dairy, soy, or preservatives in anything we make. We use locally sourced raw honey to sweeten our line of chocolate bars, organic coconut palm sugar in our chocolate smoothies, and organic maple syrup in some of our other treats and confections. Our goal & mission is to produce a fine chocolate with amazing flavor while retaining and exemplifying the nutritional content. We want to bring about joy and love through chocolate. Enjoy!
