Updating Your Profile
To update your exhibitor profile, please follow these steps:
- Log In: Log into the exhibitor portal using your username and password.
- Pay Fees: If you haven’t already, pay your exhibitor fees to confirm your participation.
- Edit Profile: Click on the “Edit Your Profile” link in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Save Each Change: For the best results, save your profile after each field change. For example, if you update your bio, save your profile before moving onto other changes. If you remove a product image, save your profile before adding new information. If you do not save after each save, you may get an error message.
- Bio Update: Type directly into the first two fields to modify your extended bio or shortened bio.
- Weblinks: If updating your website or webstore link, video link, or Facebook link, be sure to include the full URL (example: https://www.facebook.com/craftlakecity).
- Social Accounts: If updating Twitter or Instagram, just include the handle (example: @craftlakecity).
- Featured Image: To change your featured image, select “choose file” to upload. Make sure the image is square. Accepted file types include JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF. Please keep all individual image sizes under 10MB.
- Product or Photo Information: To update or change a product or photo, you can delete your current image and upload a new image (make sure the image is square, is a JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF and is under 10MB.). You also have the ability to modify the product/photo name, description, and price. If it’s not for sale, you can leave that field blank. Finally, you can add a direct link to the product for the shopper (be sure to use the full URL, for example: https://www.craftlakecity.com/). Note: When you delete an image, the product without an image will move to the bottom of your product list.
- Save Profile: Once all changes have been made, click Save Profile. You can view the changes by going to Craft Lake City’s website and clicking on your exhibitor profile.
- Try a Hard Refresh: Not seeing your changes reflected on Craft Lake City’s website? Try doing a hard refresh (Command + Option + R in Safari or Command + Shift + R in Chrome). You can also try opening up the website in an incognito window.
