After studying cooking in Venezuela, Ahimara started Delicius in 2017 as part of the @spicekitchenincubator, as a way for Ahimara to share her identity and Venezuelan traditions with the world. "When I'm cooking, I imagine people being happy and healthy with my food. It inspires me to know that through food I can earn many smiles." We cook with artisanal procedures, fresh and locally produced vegetables and with grandmother's recipe. We offer gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options and also traditional ones with meat.
