STEM Scholarship: Funding Match Up
The Craft Lake City® DIY Festival® is distinct in its focus on creating diverse avenues of opportunity for local creatives. We believe there are “makers”—artisans, entrepreneurs, and engineers—in all communities. Craft Lake City developed the DIY Festival STEM Scholarship as a means of being socially inclusive and considerate of our communities. Yet, because STEM can mean so many things to so many people, a one-size fits all approach just won’t work.
That’s why, rather than rely on a traditional scholarship process, we’re offering a Funding Match Up system this year. Please use the form below to tell us more about you, your project/program/product, and the needs you have. We’ll get in touch with the right options tailored to your needs.
Application Process
- Apply to be a STEM Exhibitor
- Fill out the STEM Scholarship: Funding Match Up form by April 1, 2024
- Craft Lake City will reach out to qualified applicants with scholarship options within 2 weeks of submission
- STEM scholarship recipients must be juried into the Festival based on the quality of their work Applicants will be notified on Monday, May 1, 2024 email if you have been accepted into the 16th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons
