Craft Lake City is excited to bring its Fall Youth Entrepreneur Program Powered By VentureLab to Layton Hills Mall (1201 N Hill Field Rd, Layton, UT 84041) for a Kid Row Pop-Up this Saturday, November 8, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. as part of the mall’s Harvest Market. The pop-up will be located upstairs near Dillard’s.
Talented young makers (ages 12–18) will showcase their creations and put the lessons from their five-week course into practice. This hands-on pop-up gives participants real-world experience and prepares them for the program’s culminating project at the first-ever Kid Row (Saturday-Only) during the Seventh Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market on December 5 and 6, 2025 at the Historic Ogden Union Station.
The Youth Entrepreneur Program is a free after school program that inspires young creatives to pursue their passions while learning essential entrepreneurship skills. Students gain valuable experience through craft workshops, entrepreneurship training, mentorship from local business owners and real-world markets, all designed to help them turn ideas into thriving ventures.
This year, Craft Lake City was able to expand the program into Weber County, opening the opportunity for Northern Utah teens to explore entrepreneurship and develop business knowledge.
This Kid Row Pop-Up offers the public a unique opportunity to see the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of Utah’s youth in action. Community members are encouraged to attend, explore the young makers’ creations and support the next generation of artists and entrepreneurs with Craft Lake City!
