Craft Lake City Night Market Debuts at their Fifth Annual LetterWest

Craft Lake City is thrilled to announce the launch of the Craft Lake City Night Market at LetterWest, a new public arts event taking place Friday, April 10, 2026, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. in Midvale City, Utah, as part of the Fifth Annual Craft Lake City LetterWest, the nation’s leading hand lettering conference.

Exhibitor applications are now open and will close Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026. More information can be found at craftlakecity.com/night-market/letterwest/

For the first time in Craft Lake City’s history, the nonprofit is opening a market to allow exhibitors from outside Utah, reflecting LetterWest’s global reach and Craft Lake City’s mission to elevate Utah’s creative culture.

The LetterWest Night Market invites conference attendees, Utah residents and creative-minded individuals to enjoy a free evening full of artisans, vintage vendors, food trucks, craft foodies and live performers.

“Craft Lake City exists to elevate Utah’s creative culture by creating meaningful opportunities for local creatives,” says Angela H. Brown, Executive Director of Craft Lake City. “Midvale City shares our goal and has been an instrumental partner in bringing global lettering artisans to Midvale City through LetterWest.”

The Fifth Annual Craft Lake City LetterWest, taking place April 10-11, 2026, draws renowned lettering artists from across the globe to celebrate the art of hand lettering, connect and learn through keynotes, workshops, panel discussions and other special events. Thanks to Craft Lake City’s partnership with Midvale City, the Night Market extends the conference experience beyond ticket holders and is free and open to the public, offering an accessible creative event that activates the Midvale Main Arts and Culture District and invites connection through creativity.

By bringing out-of-state creatives to Midvale, LetterWest provides Utah’s creative community with access to education, inspiration and new ideas. The Craft Lake City Night Market extends that mission by offering selected exhibitors the chance to showcase their work, connect with a highly engaged audience of lettering enthusiasts and community members and grow their creative businesses in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Tiana Young, Craft Lake City’s Artisan and Programs Manager says, “The Craft Lake City Night Market extends our organization’s mission by giving Midvale City residents direct access to renowned artisans from both inside and outside of Utah. Together, they can share their work and connect—the Craft Lake City way.”
