Craft Lake City is pleased to announce that registration is now open for their free Application Assistance Days, designed to support creatives interested in applying to the 18th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons. This program is part of Craft Lake City’s Unity Initiative, aimed at making Utah’s creative community more accessible to and representative of all Utahns.
During the events, Craft Lake City staff will provide one-on-one guidance and answer questions to help attendees submit a strong, complete DIY Fest application. Free professional photography services will also be available at the in-person session. Participants can have their artwork, food, band or STEM project professionally staged and photographed, and they will receive a set of high-quality photos to keep and use at no cost.

The DIY Festival, Utah’s largest local-centric festival celebrating art, music, science and technology, returns to the Utah State Fairpark August 7–9, 2026, featuring over 500 local artisans, performers, youth entrepreneurs, foodies, vintage vendors and STEM exhibitors. Applications are open to Utah-based creatives until March 26, 2026.
