Craft Lake City Calls For Volunteers To Help With 2013 Festival!

Craft Lake City is currently looking for volunteers to join our efforts in organizing and running our yearly DIY Festival at the Gallivan Plaza on August 9 and 10. The two-day event showcases the works of craft artisans, DIY engineers, food vendors, live performers and much more. In order to maintain the festival, Craft Lake City needs an army of dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to help keep everything running smoothly from setup to teardown.

“We’re excited to have Nancy Burgess and Jen Murdock on board as our new Volunteer Coordinators,” says Craft Lake City’s Executive Director, Angela Brown. “Both of them have brought an added enthusiasm to the CLC team and we look forward to their efforts in putting together another strong volunteer group for our fifth annual DIY festival.”

Available positions include daily setup, artisan greeters, entrance services, equipment checkout, stage assistants, children’s area, survey takers, and teardown. For a complete list of positions, visit CraftLakeCity.com/volunteer.
