Apply Now for the Third Annual Craft Lake City Makers Mart at Millcreek Common!

Craft Lake City® is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the Third Annual Craft Lake City Makers Mart inside the Public Market at Millcreek Common, marking three years of partnership. Running from April 6 – May 10, 2026, this curated cash-and-carry market will feature a dynamic selection of local artisans, vintage vendors, craft food creators and youth entrepreneurs. Special events include the Makers Mart Mixer Presented BMark Miller Subaru on Friday, May 8, 6 – 8 p.m.

To participate in Makers Mart, applicants must apply to, be accepted to and participate in the 18th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons. This provides a unique opportunity for makers to connect with thousands of local-centric DIY Festival attendees while showcasing their work at both events.

“We’re so grateful to continue our partnership with Millcreek Common for the third year,” said Tiana Young, Artisan & Programs Manager at Craft Lake City. “Makers Mart is an amazing chance to celebrate local makers and help them grow their businesses, reach new audiences and connect with a supportive creative community. Plus, it gives the public a fun sneak peek of the DIY Festival magic.”

Makers Mart has evolved into a beloved tradition in the Utah creative community, drawing shoppers and makers alike to celebrate local talent.

“Millcreek Common is proud to continue our partnership with Craft Lake City for a third year,” said Mayor Cheri Jackson. “Makers Mart celebrates local makers and brings the Millcreek community together to connect with the amazing creativity we have in Utah.”

Craft Lake City is accepting applications from Utah-based artisans, vintage vendors, craft food creators and youth entrepreneurs. Dozens of talented local makers will showcase their unique, high-quality handmade goods in Makers Mart. Spaces are limited, and applications close on February 18, 2026.
