Craft Lake City Announces the second Craft Lake Artist Workshop Series: Chandeliers with Holly Jones, A Community Partner Event Held at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art on February 6

SALT LAKE CITY, Monday, December 6, 2011 – Craft Lake City will hold their first installment of the Artist Workshop Series at the Garage on Beck.

As an extension of its alternative arts festival, Craft Lake City is now hosting an Artist Workshop Series every other month. The workshop aims to get more people with an interest in crafting involved in the DIY arts community. The Craft Lake Artist Workshop Series will provide a welcoming environment led by notable artists and shared among creative appetites.

CLC alumni Ashley Giessing, from Isabell’s Umbrella, will teach the workshop at the Garage at 1199 Beck St. in Salt Lake City, UT. Giessing will demonstrate her own craft techniques to create tree ornaments just in time for the holidays. We welcome longtime and first-time crafters to join in!
