Year-Round Positions
ARTISAN & PROGRAMS MANAGER
This position will lead key programming efforts, manage other Craft Lake City teamsters and support other key staff members. Experience in nonprofit arts administration, programming and event management a plus.
PUBLIC RELATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Under the direction of Craft Lake City management, this position will be responsible for public relations, marketing and social media efforts on behalf of Craft Lake City. The ideal Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator has a desire to create clear and creative messaging for diverse audiences and purposes.
TICKETING AND FINANCE MANAGER
The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for team preparations and standards, managing the training of the cashier team, configuring and testing POS systems and working on-site for the duration of the festival to ensure the department runs smoothly and successfully.
COMMUNITY WORKSHOP ASSISTANT
The Community Workshop Assistant will be responsible for the on-site coordination of hands-on or virtual craft workshops in communities throughout Utah.
DIY Festival Positions

DIY FESTIVAL CONTROLLER
The Festival Controller position requires an individual who is extremely organized, patient and honest while managing money and sensitive data. This position will support the Festival Finance Team to create a supportive atmosphere for all departments, ensure security and contribute to the success of the DIY Festival.
DIY FESTIVAL KIDS AREA COORDINATOR
Craft Lake City’s DIY Festival Kids’ Area Coordinator is responsible for programming the Kids’ Area to ensure a fun, creative and educational experience for kids and families during the DIY Festival. This team member is passionate about youth arts education, and is creative, collaborative, friendly, leadership-driven and organized.
DIY FESTIVAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS
The Production Assistant will work with a supportive team of individuals to create a unique festival for our community. The production assistant will interact with DIY Festival volunteers, work on-site during key dates in the production schedule and troubleshoot issues to support the DIY Festival team.
DIY FESTIVAL ZONE MANAGER
Craft Lake City’s Festival Zone Managers serve as the primary point of contact for a large group of exhibitors at the Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival. Zone Managers are personable, adaptable, solution-oriented leaders with excellent customer service skills and an interest in supporting Utah’s DIY businesses.
