Offside Print & Apparel Returns as Sponsor for the Volunteer Lounge at the 15th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons

Craft Lake City is honored to receive additional support from local print company Offside Print & Apparel for the Volunteer Lounge Area at the 15th Annual Craft Lake City® DIY Festival® Presented By Harmons. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Craft Lake City relies heavily on volunteers who generously dedicate their time to help elevate the creative culture of the Utah arts community. The Annual DIY Festival, its flagship event, is Utah’s largest local-centric art, music, science and technology festival, and it truly takes a village to bring the festival to life! Offside’s commitment to community building inspired them to become the area sponsor for the Volunteer Lounge at this year’s DIY Fest, while also generously donating nearly 400 volunteer and staff t-shirts for the event. The Craft Lake City team is proud to sport these super-soft tees while building, running and disassembling the festival, as well as for months & years to come to commemorate the event.

“This is Craft Lake City’s second time partnering with Offside Print & Apparel in this way! Thanks to the support we’ve received from Offside, we are able to offer our volunteers soft and comfortable shirts as well as a Volunteer Lounge for them to rest & rehydrate during the festival,” says Craft Lake City Volunteer Coordinator Serena Millet. She also states, “It’s a huge endeavor to coordinate the large team of volunteers that DIY Fest requires, so it’s a great pleasure to be able to offer the team these wonderful items and benefits thanks to Offside.”

“We are thrilled to be involved in the DIY Fest again this year, where we can illustrate the power in volunteering time, energy and resources to create something remarkable together and help forge local Utah community connections along the way,” says Nate Bowen, co-founder of Offside Print & Apparel.

Offside Print & Apparel will be onsite at the DIY Fest offering free screen-printed tote bags featuring artwork from 5 participating local artisans. For the third consecutive year, they will be offering these dynamic live demonstrations in the hopes of encouraging DIY creativity among festival goers. Craft Lake City is proud to partner with this Utah-local print company whose mission statement & do-it-yourself ethos aligns perfectly with theirs.
