SALT LAKE CITY—Natural History Museum of Utah and Craft Lake City presents: Terrariums with Lexi Dowdall of Black Whale Emporium. The workshop will take place April 9, 2014, at The Natural History Museum of Utah.
Participants will learn how to make their own up-cycled glass terrarium using local mosses, succulents and other natural elements from Utah. Lexi is a Utah native with a biology degree who has a love for all things nature. Learn the importance of caring for the environment, and how to carefully take pieces of our great state and create a beautiful work of art from them.
The workshop requires pre-registration and a material fee of $16 for museum members and $18 for non-members, which includes admission to the museum.
