Salt Lake City, March 28, 2016, — Craft Lake City announces an exciting sponsorship opportunity from Salt Flat Studios for artisans applying to the 2016 8th Annual DIY Festival.

In keeping with Craft Lake City’s mission to educate, promote, and inspire local creative entrepreneurs, Craft Lake City offers opportunities for local artisans to learn how to display their talents to the Utah creative community. The annual DIY Festival showcases local artisans and prepares Utah’s creative entrepreneurs for representing their companies at other events. This year, for the 2016 DIY Festival, Craft Lake City and Salt Flat Studios are thrilled to offer a sponsorship opportunity for makers and artisans in the community.

Salt Flat Studios, a local marketing and branding agency, will sponsor artisans to participate in the 2016 DIY Festival. Sponsorship will cover many of the costs associated with participation in the festival, including vendor fees, booth design and booth production. This sponsorship aims to bolster the featured artisans’ public presence and advocate the importance of brand identity in a competitive marketplace.

“Salt Lake City has an incredible maker community and we’re thrilled to partner with Craft Lake City to help bolster the amazing local talent we have here,” says Salt Flat Studios founder, Devin Harris. “Working closely with the community is core to our studio’s values and there’s no better team to do that with than Craft Lake City.”

To apply for sponsorship, please consult the “Additional Opportunities” section of the Craft Lake City DIY Festival Application.
