Hand Lettering Workshop

Craft Lake City is pleased to announce a new craft workshop series launching at The Monarch in Ogden’s Nine Rails Creative District!
The first workshop of the series is a Lettering Workshop with artisan Sarah Beth Timmons. Sarah Beth Timmons became enamored with lettering and calligraphy when learning cursive in second grade. Today she creates prints and embroidered pieces that showcase her talent, humor and wit. In this Craft Lake City workshop, participants will learn how to use simple writing utensils to draw letters, and then make their very own hand lettered envelopes and cards to share with friends or family.

Concrete Plant Holder Workshop
Scheduled for 10/24
Fall has arrived and you are invited to celebrate with Craft Lake City’s second workshop at The Monarch in Ogden’s Nine Rails Creative District! Local artisan Kirsten Moore of FreckleFace Collective makes eccentric, upcycled and handmade pieces to enliven your living space. In this Halloween-inspired class, Moore will walk attendees through the fun process of mixing, molding and pouring a pumpkin or skull-shaped concrete plant holder to take home.
