Salt Lake City, UT – The time has come— Craft Lake City is delighted to announce this year’s participating exhibitors for the Virtual 12th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival® Presented By Harmons. You can find the list of accepted exhibitors on the Craft Lake City website. Over 300 crafters, makers, builders, and dreamers have been accepted to participate in the innovative virtual festival platform.
The Craft Lake City DIY Festival artisan jury consists of anonymous community members and experts actively working in creative fields. This jury worked hard to finish the nearly impossible task of selecting this year’s artisan exhibitors from hundreds of talented creators.
“This year brings a new level of enthusiasm in announcing our accepted exhibitors,” said Craft Lake City Executive Director Angela H. Brown. “Not only will we all be making history for Utah’s creative community by taking the Annual DIY Festival virtual, but we will be doing so with a fantastic line-up of Utah artisans, foodies, performers and STEM exhibitors who are ready and able to expand their creativity to new, digital heights.”
Utah’s largest local-centric arts festival is going virtual this year due to the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and success of creatives and attendees is Craft Lake City’s priority.
The Virtual DIY Festival is scheduled to take place the first weekend of August as planned. The interactive dates and times are as follows: August 7 with the Harmons Virtual VIP (details to be released soon) from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the Virtual DIY Festival from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; August 8 with the Virtual DIY Festival from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Virtual Kid Row from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.; and August 9 with the Virtual DIY Festival from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. General admission is free with donations suggested. Further details will be released in the coming weeks.
Additionally, Craft Lake City is now accepting sponsorship inquiries for the Virtual 12th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons.
