Craft Lake City is proud to welcome the SLC Synth Alliance as a new partner and stage sponsor for the 17th Annual Craft Lake City® DIY Festival® Presented By Harmons. Taking place August 8–10, 2025, this year’s festival will debut the SLC Synth Alliance Stage, showcasing 9 local electronic music artists from the Alliance throughout the three-day event.
The SLC Synth Alliance is a diverse collective of electronic musicians and enthusiasts from the Salt Lake Valley, united by a passion for sound and creativity. Craft Lake City’s partnership with the SLC Synth Alliance adds a third stage to the Festival—increasing the visibility of local music and adding to the long-standing tradition of highlighting Utah musicians as masters of musical craft.
The full performer lineup for the 2025 DIY Festival will be announced early July, and available at craftlakecity.com/diy-festival-2025-entertainment
“We’re thrilled for the opportunity to showcase our creative work, connect with a broader audience and help educate the local community about the art and technology of electronic music,” said Jo Phillips, a representative of the SLC Synth Alliance. “Partnering with the Craft Lake City DIY Festival allows us to not only highlight the vibrant talent within our collective, but also to engage directly with festivalgoers through performance, conversation and hands-on exploration. It’s a perfect platform to celebrate innovation, collaboration and the growing electronic music scene in Utah.”
In addition to sponsoring a performance stage, the SLC Synth Alliance will also present an interactive exhibit all weekend long in the GFiber STEM Building. Festival attendees are invited to visit their booth to explore music technology and recording techniques, get hands-on with a variety of electronic instruments and tools, and learn more about the Alliance and its participating artists.
Advance tickets to the 17th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons are available now at 24tix.com.
