Craft Lake City invites the community to celebrate #GivingTuesday by helping raise $4,000 for its Sponsored Families Program, part of the organization’s Unity Initiative to make Utah’s creative community more equitable and accessible.
Craft Lake City’s Sponsored Families Program provides free admission, food and merchandise vouchers so underrepresented and/or socially or economically excluded families can experience festive events like the Seventh Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market. A $30 donation covers one family member’s full Holiday Market experience, giving families a chance to connect with the local creative community and enjoy the holiday spirit without financial barriers.
“Every gift to this program opens the door for Utah families to connect with our creative community, feel welcome, be inspired and share in the joy of the holidays at our Holiday Market,” says Angela H. Brown, Executive Director of Craft Lake City. “We believe creativity belongs to everyone.”
#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that encourages people everywhere to support and uplift their communities in meaningful ways. Craft Lake City is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations are tax-deductible. Supporters can choose one-time or recurring gifts to help ensure families across Utah can experience the magic of creativity and the holiday season.
