Volunteer Positions Available for the Seventh Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market

Craft Lake City is calling for volunteers to help bring the Seventh Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market to life Dec. 5-6 at the historic Union Station in Ogden, Utah. Volunteer shifts are available from Thu., Dec. 4, 2025 – Sat., Dec. 6, 2025, offering community members the opportunity to support local creatives, gain hands-on event experience and celebrate the season in a festive, welcoming environment.

Volunteers have been central to Craft Lake City since its inception. The organization was entirely volunteer-run for its first seven years, and volunteers continue to play an integral role in its programs and events today.

Featuring more than 200 Utah-based artisans, vintage vendors, craft food vendors, food trucks, performers, youth entrepreneurs, brewers, distillers and indie game developers, this year’s Holiday Market is the perfect place for visitors to shop locally and celebrate the season. Volunteers are essential to ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience for exhibitors and attendees alike.

“Returning to the Ogden Union Station is always exciting,” said Ashley Osborne, operations coordinator for Craft Lake City. “This year is even more special with our first-ever Holiday Market Kid Row and added volunteer perks, including free admission to the Union Station Museums. This means even more opportunities for volunteers to join in on the fun.”

  • Holiday Market Load-In, Set-Up, Load-Out, Tear Down, Decorating Team
  • Greeter & Door Monitor
  • Flex Volunteer
  • Traffic Control
  • Indie Game Arcade
  • Santa’s Helper
  • Kid Row

This variety of positions ensures there are positions to fit a range of interests, personalities and skillsets.
