Applications Are Now Open for the 15th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons!

Calling all Utah makers, foodies, STEM creators, artisans, vintage vendors, performers & youth entrepreneurs! Be part of the state’s largest local-centric art, music, science and technology festival by exhibiting at the 15th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons! This year’s DIY Fest will take place on Fri., Aug. 11, Sat., Aug. 12 and Sun., Aug. 13 at the Utah State Fairpark. At the DIY Fest, you can exhibit and sell your handmade wares, take a passion project to the next level, network with artistically-minded locals and grow your small creative business in a vibrant festival setting. Through this celebration of DIY culture and the Utah arts, Craft Lake City seeks to spotlight an incredible array of local talent in a vibrant festival setting.

Now Accepting Applications For These Exhibitor Categories:

  • Artisans: Makers offering handcrafted wares like ceramics, embroidery & fiber arts, artwork, jewelry, apparel, stationery, bath/body/apothecary items and more

  • Vintage Vendors: Curators of vintage clothing and/or housewares that predate 1990

  • STEM Exhibitors: DIY engineers, STEM clubs, tinkerers, Utah-Based STEM businesses, university groups, non-profit organizations & government agencies

  • Youth Entrepreneurs: Makers ages 18 and under who would like to sell their handmade goods in a real-world festival environment (new this year: Kid Row at the DIY Fest has expanded to include 15-18 year olds!)

  • Performers: Bands, solo artists, dance companies, performance art groups, multicultural groups, buskers and street performers

  • Commercial Food Vendors: Food trucks & booths offering made-to-order meals and beverages 

  • Craft Foodies: Makers offering pre-packaged baked goods, treats, sauces, candies and bottled handcrafted drinks
