Craft Lake City® Offers Virtual Application Assistance Day in Preparation for Third Annual Holiday Market in Ogden

Salt Lake City, UT – Craft Lake City will be offering a Virtual Application Assistance Day for The Third Annual Holiday Market on Tuesday, September 21 at 12 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, but online registration is required to participate. Craft Lake City team members will be virtually ready to help answer all applicant questions, walk them through the website and application process, and offer a short tutorial about how to take the best product photos from home.

Application Assistance Days are an initiative of the Craft Lake City DIY Festival Inclusion Program, developed as part of the organization’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy. This event aims to provide artisans with the knowledge to take quality photos of their work without access to expensive tools, empowering them as creatives. Participants will also have access to the Craft Lake City team for assistance with the application. Craft Lake City is committed to providing opportunities for people within all Utah communities to experience and connect with Utah’s rich crafting history, current DIY movement and creative future.

The Virtual Application Assistance Day is open to anyone who would like help applying for the Third Annual Holiday Market. Craft Lake City recommends applying early to avoid the last-minute rush. If local creatives do not have access to a computer, they may schedule a socially-distanced meeting to complete an online DIY Festival application by emailing amy@craftlakecity.com or calling 801-906-8521.

Applications for the Third Annual Holiday Market in Odgen will remain open through September 23 and accepted participants will be announced October 15. The Third Annual Craft Lake City Holiday Market will be held Fri., Dec. 3 and Sat., Dec. 4.
